TUCOM has established in 1989, since that time, the college is going on in successful steps in scientific, educational
and national duties.
TUCOM has a mission; the cooperative action in the development
and progress of medical practices, medical teaching and scientifics research.
A high-quality education is one
of the most important goals that we can provide our students. Besides, with the exposure to a variety
of topics, people, and adventures, all contribute to a fulfilling medical school experience.
As a future vision of our College; we look for acting
as a pioneer in problem-based learning in Iraq, pushing of the medical education forward. Also we try to be a center for "Iraqi
Board of Medical Specializations" in all the specialities provided by the board.

A. Salman is the DEAN of the College, he believes in our students' capability to overcome all the problem that face
them in their study, offering all the possible facilities and encouragement to them, and we all thank him for his high medical
